Our Inclusivity and Diversity Chair and committee were established in order to align the chapter's values and actions closely together in terms of diversity-related endeavors. This position works closely with the executive board members and committees in order to enact inclusive programming and recruitment processes, while supporting the internal development of an inclusive member experience. We aim to educate ourselves on topics pertaining to race, gender, sexuality, physical and mental disabilities, and other identity-related topics in order to direct our actions towards creating a truly inclusive and encouraging space within AXO and the greater community. We are so lucky to have Kiara Griner, our Vice President of Chapter Enrichment and Belonging, taking on this important role!
